Quad shaft shredder MCW (MCW 52 / MCW 76)
Description of Use:The MCW series quad shaft shredder is based on many years of experience in the plastics and scrap industry. MCW Shredder is a highly reliable, universal pre-shredder for shredding a wide range of materials such as plastics, materials, rubber, wires, electronic scrap, post-production waste as well as slight magnetic materials.
Description of Operation:The delivered material falls onto cutting blades and is taken away by the take-up blades of cutting knives. The material is pre-shredded by the lower roller section. Fractions suitable to the size of the installed sieve leave the chamber. The rest of the material in the chamber is shredded again until it reaches the required size. The multi-shaft system of knives guarantees fast and uniform shredding of difficult materials.
Design Description:The shredder is driven by two motors and a toothed gearbox, which provides high power to the cutting system. The ergonomic hopper is adapted for manual or mechanical loading through a loading conveyor. The feed hopper is equipped with two dust extraction channels, which are indispensable for shredding. The safe double-acting MCW control system prevents undesirable overloading of the cutting and drive system. MCW shredders have a robust construction suitable for continuous operation. High productivity and low frequency of spare parts replacement makes operating the shredder very comfortable.
