Electric Motor Recycling Machine MDS-01
Description of Use:The MDS-1 Electric Motor Recycling Machine is applied to accurate copper extraction from stator insert of electric motor with different types of diameter.
Description of Operation:The machine with specially designed claws pulls out copper from electric motor stator with a backward slide movement. The stator is fixed on special rollers that are mounted on a lifted platform. The holder is located in front of the machine and keeps the stator from moving. Steel claws release copper when the operator pulls the leaver backwards.
Design Description:The machine is fitted on a solid frame, equipped with two sizes of hydraulically operated claws, a holder and a lifting platform with rollers.
